Our Care & Support division is brimming with expertise, sporting a combined total of over 155 years of experience in the Care industry. Each member of our Care & Support team brings their own knowledge and skills to the team, utilising their rich and varied experiences in the industry to help play a part in providing quality care that can meet you or your loved one's needs.
Sally is responsible for managing our Care & Support team, ensuring we maintain our high standard of quality and compliance and that the team is adhering to the standards set by regulatory bodies. With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, Sally has an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and throughout her time at ENS, has continued to grow our Care & Support division from strength to strength.
Gemma is our Colchester Service Manager and is responsible for managing all of our teams in Colchester. Gemma has over 14 years' experience in the care sector and has as an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. She is a Train the Trainer for Medication and has done extensive work with Positive Support Planning.
Sadie has a diverse role managing staff teams, ensuring that they feel supported and valued. She creates person centred support plans to meet our adults needs and wants and has extensive knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support Planning. Having 13 years experience in care, Sadie's is driven by helping others to grow and have good quality of life. Sadie has a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care as well as a Supervision Management qualification.
Elaine is a Compliance Consultant managing our clients with clinical needs. Her role is to manage staff delivering clinical care through robust and effective support plans and risk assessments. Elaine has over 8 years' experience in the care industry and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. She is also working towards a degree in Health and Social Care Science.
Chantelle joined ENS in 2013 and has over 10 years' experience in the care sector. She is responsible for maintaining support packages, care planning and conducting risk assessments. Mental health is a big passion for Chantelle, and she has a good understanding of mental health issues and how to support people in a positive way.
As our Rota Team Leader, Sharon's main duties include organising the rota team, supervising care staff and sourcing fully trained and qualified staff for support packages. Sharon has 16 years’ experience in the care sector and has first-hand knowledge of supporting older people in the community.
As a Rota Consultant Paula is responsible for pairing our staff with the adults we care for, managing team rotas and ensuring consistency throughout the team. Paula started at ENS in 2016 and her main interest is supporting people with a Learning Disability. She is a Support Worker herself with Level 3 in Health and Social Care and has 30 years of experience in the care sector.
Barry, our Care & Support Administrator, is responsible for providing back office support to our Care & Support team. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in the care sector and an Advanced Management in Care qualification, as well as a certificate in education and training. Barry's main passion is supporting children with challenging behaviour.
Debbie is a Rota Consultant, responsible for pairing ENS Support Workers with the individuals we support in the Colchester area. Debbie manages team rotas and maintains consistency and continuity for both staff and our adults. Debbie has 20 years' experience as a qualified nurse and has over 30 years' experience in the care sector.
Simone is a Rota Consultant, responsible for pairing ENS Support Workers with the individuals we support in the Colchester area. Simone manages team rotas and maintains consistency and continuity for both staff and our adults. Simone's work history commenced as a Medical Secretary in Gynaecology, Ophthalmology and Dermatology at Southend University Hospital. With 11 years' of experience in the care industry, Simone's has a keen interest in Mental Health.
Bobbie is our specialist trainer responsible for delivering our newly launched specialist training courses. When she's not training staff, she continues to work as one of our highly skilled nurses, both in the community and in residential units, providing excellent care to everyone she supports. Bobbie qualified as a nurse at Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps in 1976 and has been practising nursing ever since. She has over 40 years of experience delivering a variety of care across a range of sectors, from hospital environments to nursing homes.
Anna joined ENS in February 2018 as an apprentice. After achieving a level 3 in business administration with us, she went on to become a Trainee Recruiter for the Care & Support division due to her enthusiasm and dedication to the role.
To provide the quality care our Care & Support division are also supported by a number of vital back-office teams. Our accounts department provide support on financial matters and funding options. Our HR department are there to support with any safeguarding issues. Lastly, it's the job of our training department to ensure all of our support staff are fully trained and qualified.
