We have extensive experience supporting adults with complex care needs in the community and also experience in supporting young adults with complex needs too.
Our team of specialised Clinical Support Workers are able to provide support 24 hours a day in adapted accommodation and the support will be overseen by our clinical RGN lead who assesses the competency of the support workers, and provides bespoke clinical training and supervision. We liaise closely with specialist consultants and teams as well as district nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. We are responsible for all equipment and consumables and provide holistic support to enable each person we support to lead a full life.
Specialist clinical support can be provided for a range of complex healthcare conditions and our staff will undergo bespoke training for every individual with a complex healthcare condition to ensure they meet the specific needs of that individual. Our dedicated and experienced office team are also on hand 24/7 if needed.
